THE TRAINERS

  • Robb Frentz
    Pushing yourself to the next level is the only way to succeed in getting and staying in shape. And finding new and innovative ways to keep you inspired and working hard is Robb’s specialty. Fitness has been part of his life literally since birth. His father was an avid weightlifter for nearly 50 years. His aunt was a professional bodybuilder, placing second in the Ms. Michigan competition. Robb, a certified instructor, stays on the cutting-edge of fitness research. He attends the Arnold Classic every year. He also trained under legendary bodybuilder Frank Zane in an intensive one-on-one three-day seminar.
 
  • Laura Bonscour
    Get ready to sweat! You can whine, cry out in pain, beg for it to stop, but Laura won’t let you go home till you’ve given it your all. She knows that digging deep is the only way to get a truly awe-inspiring physique. But it’s not all blood, sweat, and tears with Laura. Her workouts are carefully constructed works of art, each one having a unique rhythm and flow.  She takes pride in staying up to the minute on all things fitness. She attends the Arnold Classic each year, is a certified instructor, and is always taking classes to find new ways to push you further.

  • Doreen Pellegrom
    Doreen will not only work you out until you can't take anymore, she'll also teach you how to do each exercise with perfect technique.  She will always motivate and push you to your limit and cheer you on every step of the way.  Doreen creates workouts that constantly push you to your next level of fitness.  She pays close attention to form, always showing you a new and better way to do an exercise.  Some of her mantras are: "Form equals results!"- "This ain't your mam's workout!"- "Put your back pockets back where they belong!"  If you are looking to get your "sexy back," then don't miss Doreen's workout!

  • Rob Mulcahy
    A former police officer and defensive tactics instructor, Rob brings a certain intensity to his workouts.  As an avid runner and weightlifter, he believes Nth Degree is the perfect workout.  His classes are challenging and constantly varied.  If you're looking to get in top shape, come to his class!

  • Heather Nagel 
    Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Heather is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who motivates her clients through her energetic, spunky and positive attitude.  She is always reaching for a greater challenge not only for herself but out of each client that comes through the Nth Degree doors.  Heather feels that "no workout should be the same", therefore, she always adds a creative twist to every workout.  Currently, she is taking advantage of 5K and 10K races throughout Michigan and is training for her 1st half marathon.
